Community Agencies

Disability Outreach shares a common goal with many of the social service agencies and organizations that service our communities: to create healthy communities and by so doing, the health of those who service them both financially and socially. We partner with many agencies to realize this objective by helping individuals apply for disability benefits through Social Security. Unfortunately many of these community agencies lack the time, resources, and expertise needed to successfully navigate the population they serve through the application process for disability benefits.

Disability Outreach provides services that are specifically targeted to help those individuals who are transient, suffering economic hardship, or have other barriers in their lives that would make it difficult to begin and follow through with a disability application.

We make regular visits to some community organizations to facilitate contact with the community and provide them access to our services. Our empathetic and socially-conscious disability advocates are experts in helping disabled individuals access the benefits they need.
